I have to call out double standards when I see/hear them.  The media is acting like Tiger Woods has committed the most heinous crime of the century, which I don’t get.  Infidelity is not new.  It’s ESPECIALLY not new when it comes to athletes and it’s damn sure not new when it comes to a BILLIONAIRE athlete.  Do I feel bad for Mrs. Woods?  No, not at all.  1) because she knew about most of these chicks prior to that accident and she decided to stay with him and 2) this is what she signed up for.  Yes, I said.  This is what she signed up for.  Unfortunately because of groupie bitches, the amount of opportunity an athlete has to cheat is ridiculous.  Everybody knows that.  It comes with the territory.  But anyways, that’s a whole other blog in itself.  Back to the double standard.  The media is calling Tiger a monster, a sex addict, scumbag.  You name it, they’ve said it.  Hollywood “stars” have had their hand in this media madness by having an opinion.   So I ask you this.   Why is Tiger being crucified but Hugh Hefner’s behavior is glorified?  And no, the ‘behavior’ is not different.

The media’s angle about Tiger has always been about morals, about a possible “problem” or “sex addiction” about how wrong he is for having all these “transgressions”.   It’s been about why men cheat.  It’s been about how horrible of a man he is.  Hugh has 20 hoes living with him.   Hugh has married one if not more of his hoes and has kept many on the side.  Hugh banging women his great granddaughters age.  For those of you say it’s different, why?  Because all the women know about each other?  PLEASE!   Go walk into traffic.  Hugh is a glorified pimp.  He takes in young hoes to use for a profit.  Just because he’s pimping them on the cover of Playboy vs. Hollywood Blvd, means he’s somehow not any different from Bishop Magic Don Juan?If it’s about the amount of women Tiger has ALLEGEDLY been with then how is he any different from Hugh Hefner?  Hugh has multiple partners.  Hugh has cheated on his wife.  Hugh is or has been married while having these multiple partners in and out his mansion.  We can go back and forth about the business aspect of Hefner.  But the specific issue of morality, monogamy, multiple partners, infidelity can’t be argued.  Some of the same reporters, Hollywood stars, and some of you readers who have had an opinion on Tiger have mingled, partied, broke bread or glorified Hugh for his misogynist ways.  That behavior is looked at as OK by the media because it’s business, it’s the industry Hef is in but Tiger cheating on his wife with 14 ALLEGED females is monstrous.  That’s hypocritical.  Tiger hasn’t even confirmed all of these women and he’s already a ‘sex addict’ but we know for a fact that Hugh has had hundreds of women be his ‘lady’ and he’s a legend?  GIVE ME A F*CKING BREAK!

We all saw the 1987 thriller where Michael Douglas enjoys the time away from his loyal wife to spend 2 days with a crazy ass, Glen Close.  In 1987 I wasn’t allowed to watch this movie but when I finally became of age, I couldn’t help to think what dummy would cheat after seeing that.  That bish was crazy!

Of course cheating never ended.

But with the horrible murder of Steve McNair and now the mess unfolding with Steve Phillips at ESPN, I wonder if the young crazy chick is the new thing?  If you haven’t heard already, Mr. Phillips,  an analyst for ESPN, a 50 SOMETHING year-old analyst for ESPN,  cheated on his wife with a 22 year-old production assistant for a very VERY brief period over the summer.  He ended the affair and apparently she wasn’t having it because she went all “Fatal Attraction” on Steve.  Well not completely Fatal Attraction.  There were no boiling pet rabbits or sliced wrists… that we know of.  But she was damn close to it.  This basket-case “friended” his sons on Facebook by pretending to be a classmate to muscle family information from them, harassed Phillips and one day the wife comes home to see the psycho leaving this wonderfully written letter on the door http://www.nypost.com/r/nypost/2009/10/21/news/media/lettermistresstowifea.pdf .

Phillips claims he only slept with her 3 times and after he broke it off she became obsessive and delusional.  Let this be a lesson to all men.  Keep the wee-wee in your damn pants!  Oh and Steve, dude if you were gonna cheat, at least CHEAT UP!    Have yall seen this chick?  LOL!  I know I know.. that was a low blow but damn.

CBS will benefit WONDERFULLY from the David Letterman scandal.  Just as we stretch into the fall season Mr. Letterman uses his show to tell America that he had sex with female co-workers.  NICE!  Of course the ratings went through the roof that night.

Let’s rewind a few days.  Accused extortionist Robert Halderman demands that Letterman gives him $2 million in order for him to be quiet about his affairs.  This story is funny that it’s almost unbelievable because Letterman is known for his merciless attacks on people who have been caught in their sexual trangressions and Halderman is so stupid that he asks for a CHECK and actually goes to the bank to cash it!   What about asking for cash dummy?  But what’s even more funny is that Halderman’s current girlfriend is one of the ladies Letterman has had an affair with.  Did he forget that his girl had been passed around the office? 

But back to the point.   The night Letterman announced his affairs, the audience exploded in applause and his ratings went up 40% from the previous week.  For all of you who do not believe that all publicity is good publicity,  you are sadly mistaken.  CBS is coming out like a fat cat!  *smh*

Although I’m not the biggest fan of his life choices or his 2008-2009 music catalog, the fact of the matter is Lil’ Wayne is the hottest artist in the industry right now.  This Behind the Music is sure to be interesting, engaging, informative and of course, drama filled. 

It airs at 9 pm tonight on VH1 and is sure to play 20 more times before Sunday night falls.  Let us know what you think.

Yep, that’s what I said.  A lot of people are confused and scratching their heads but it makes perfect sense to me.  Although Ellen has no experience in the music business she is a big fan of music.  She is sure to add fun, spontaneity, and comedy to the show.  I know very few people that don’t like Ellen DeGeneres, young or old so she is sure to keep Idol in the top ratings spot.

Watch out Ryan, Ellen may be replacing you soon.

Tameka Foster better known as Man-Meka is supposedly in the works for a reality show. Her life after Usher. Let’s hope it makes it through. I want to know what her side of the story is. What would have really been the bomb, if she would have made The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Hopefully, Tameka will give us tips on how to keep it sexy at 40. Because ladies, this is the cougars of all cougars. She got Usher! That’s like Oprah pulling Chris Brown. Ok that’s a stretch but you know what I mean.

Let’s hope this show definitely goes through…

I HATE REALITY TV!  Period.   I never liked it and never will.  Even with the alpha reality shows like Real World and Road Rules that started this crap over 10 years ago, I never jumped on their bandwagon. 

The real issues I have with ‘reality’ tv are to many to name but to start, lets begin with the fact that it’s not ‘reality’ if it’s scripted AND this kind of ‘entertainment’ is taking time slots away from qaulity tv with trained, seasoned and experienced ACTORS!  

How many ‘I”m-so-desperate-to-be-on-TV-and-to-find-love-I’ll-compete-with-the-nastiest-most-pathetic-desperate-gold digging-meth smoking-coke snifing-plastic surgery having broads on the planet” shows do we need to see?  In what ‘real’ world are 25 women chasing Flavor Flav?  Or that has-been Bret Michaels who looks like he takes a hit of every drug on the planet before all recording?  Then these ladies who are competing for these men.  Was the prerequisite to apply ‘skank’?  What chick comes behind 23 other broads that kissed these 2 clowns in the mouth and kisses them too?  YUCK!  What 25 men found I Love New York attractive in the real world?  Yeah, yeah, yeah I understand that it’s all about getting exposure and the ‘characters’ were not on these shows really looking to be with these dust mites but did any of them have standards??  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY!

There’s also the ‘reality’ shows that follow the everyday moves of stars and entertainers.  Who the hell cares about Tori Spelling, Denise Richards and the long term baby momma of rapper T.I. and her road dog also known as ex-wife of rapper Lil Wayne?   Here is a list, in no particular order, of reality shows that are wrong on so many levels:

• Rock of Love – Recovering heroin addict now turned meth head that still wears eye liner
• Daisy of Love - Rock of Love meth head reject
• Flavor of Love – YUCK!
• I Love New York – A long lost Jim Henson muppet character that never made the cut
• Tiny and Toya – I hope Toya finds love, she’s such a pretty girl.
• Charm School – Dust mite reality show rejects
• College Hill – Higher learning at its best..so sad!
• A Double Shot of Love – A Myspace hoe turns star?!?!?  WTF!
• Rock of Love Bus – A traveling meth head show hits the road
• Keyshia Cole – Frankie.  Enough said.
• All dance and singing reality shows!
• Scott Baio, Tori Spelling, Denise Richards – all the ‘has-beens’ rolled up in one!
• All fashion and modeling shows EXCEPT Project Runway

Listen people, I don’t think I can take another show.  Just from watching their commercials we have all become that more stupid.  Don’t entertain this mess by tuning in.  You’re only contributing to my slow death!
